mission statement: to excite and stir individuals into action to create the life of their dreams.
Linda grew up on a farm in rural South Dakota. Her first career was as a nurse. She learned after a number of years that she would rather be helping people stay healthy by teaching them basic healthy lifestyle techniques.
This started her journey towards a diverse career path from nursing, to real estate sales, to corporate relocation management, to writing Make a Plan (MAP)Workbook for coaching, to owning and running fitness and weight-loss centers for women.
Linda became a certified Personal Fitness Trainer in 1994 and Life Coach in 2005. She worked with over 2,000 women in her fitness centers to guide them toward meeting their personal fitness and weight loss goals. She currently incorporates coaching into her in balance workshops, individual coaching practice, and volunteer work for women in transition.
Linda’s style is one of openness and non-judgment. She’s a reality coach who encourages, challenges, and remains grounded. She’s passionate in her belief that every human being owes it to themselves to live the best and most fulfilling life possible, and that each of us holds the answers within. Her individual coaching and her workshops are about self-discovery and helping individuals formulate a plan with strategies to get them from where they are to where they want to go with a plan. Their own plan.
Her services include:
Speaker at Women’s Groups
Onsite Coaching at Women in Transition Centers
Coaching is being an encourager and helping people turn their dreams into exciting achievements, turn their problems into opportunities, turn their obstacles into success, all through self-discovery.
